A food company needed 17 homogeneous (thermoplastic) belts from scratch for a plant expansion. FDA spec, modular design, corporate colors, tight tolerances. Tight timeline: 2 weeks for installation.

Per-product engineering (candies, gummies, chocolates). PU homogeneous belt finished in corporate colors. 17 independent assemblies built and validated. Coordinated 2-week installation with parallel commissioning.
